Family Pictures

Shawn's cousin Diana took some family pictures for us. Jack was cranky, and so was Shawn because we were taking pictures. But we actually got some cute ones.

Sam

Sam is now 3 months old. He smiles all of the time and has started to laugh. I love his blue eyes and I hope that he keeps them. He loves to watch Jack, but is a little frightened by his craziness. He is sleeping anywhere from 9 to 11 hours at night. He is a pretty good baby, but does not like the bottle very well. We will see how he does overnight with Shawn's parents this weekend while we go away for our anniversary.

Jack

Jack has become a funny little boy. We have to be very careful what we say around him, because he repeats everything. He also has a great memory. Yesterday he heard Shawn and I talk about going home teaching to our friends and he would not let us forget about going to Chris's house. He loves anything that has to do with rocketships, monster trucks, and cars. He is all boy, but he can give the best hugs. He sometimes will even let you cuddle with him. We are excited for this summer so that we can go swimming and fishing.

Sam is getting so big. He weighed 11 pds 4 oz at his two month check up. He is all smiles and is learning how to laugh, but each time he tries he gets the hicups.

Why is it that you don't realize how dirty your kids face is until you take a picture? Dirty or not he is still cute to me.

Sam is now 2 months old and is all smiles. We did find out at his doctor appointment that he is either missing part of the muscle around his mouth, or is is just weak. That is why he kinda has a crooked smile. I think it gives him personality.

Ouch!!!

Jack tripped and fell into the chair yesterday. It was major trauma at our house. Don't you love the food remnants in his mouth. I was hoping that this would save me some money in the future, but he did not even give himself a frenectomy. It was only the lip.

Cousins

My sister Julie also blessed her little girl Nora the same weekend we blessed Sam.











Jack's cousins Clyde and Alice came over to play the other day. Jack loves to play with Clyde. But sometimes he is not good at sharing. Hopefully Clyde will still want to come play.
